Get ready to cycle for a cause at Auburn University’s Chapter of Engineers Without Borders Water Cycle 2024, coming up on March 23rd! Keep reading for all the details on this event and the organization hosting it.

About Water Cycle 2024

Presented by Auburn University’s Chapter of Engineers Without Borders, the third annual Water Cycle will take place on March 23 at Martin Dam at Lake Martin, starting at 8 a.m.

At Water Cycle 2024, riders will be able to choose between three different gravel routes and distances, including 15-, 30- and 60-mile routes. In addition, there will be a race option for the 60-mile route in which participants could take home prizes!

You can register for this event online now, or you can register at James Bros. Bike Shop from 3 to 6 p.m. on Friday, March 22nd, or on-site at the event on Saturday, March 23rd, from 7 to 9 a.m.

Registration for this event includes a T-shirt and tickets for food and music at the Dam Jam after the ride. And, T-shirts and tickets for the Dam Jam will be available to purchase for non-riders.

All proceeds from this event directly support drinking water and irrigation projects in Guatemala and Bolivia.

Location

Water Cycle 2024 will be held at Martin Dam at Lake Martin. This location is about 45 minutes west of Auburn, just north of AL-50 off of Overlook Drive.
